Our team has a combined experience of over 60 years in projects, strategic sourcing and contracts management services across a broad spectrum of areas including infrastructure, telecoms, refurbishment and fit-out works and the built environment sectors.

Signum Homes, our real estate development arm has built bespoke homes and several residential gated communities in Accra since 2000.

  • Environmental and Social Impact Assessment for Ghana Airport, New Terminal 3, and Tamale Airport, Trasacco Springs Development, Ghana and University of Ghana Teaching Hospital
  • Project Management services for design & construction of Regional Data & Contact Centre for Ericsson in Cote D’voire.
  • Design & supervision of Data Centre Infrastructure for Zain Ghana
  • Design and installation of 4MVA Distribution Panel and 2 units 2MVA transformers, for BD Associates Ltd within Free Zone Enclave Tema.
  • Design & development of the Ga Integrated Waste Management Centre at Ayidan – Accra.
  • Development of civil infrastructure for processing iron ore at Tonkolili mine, Sierra Leone
  • Development of mining infrastructure for Iron Ore project in Marampa, Sierra Leone
  • Procurement & contract administration services for Rio Tinto in the development of a gold mine in Mongolia.
  • Strategic sourcing of power equipment (Generators, AVRs, UPS, Invertors, distribution boards) for the Ecobank Group (Ecobank Transnational International) in 34 countries across Sub-Saharan Africa leading to savings of US$34M in CAPEX investments for the period 2013 to 2015.
