Why Tse Addo?
Ask anyone in Accra what they want from a neighbourhood and you’ll usually hear two things: be close to everything, but don’t be stuck in the middle of it. Tse Addo gets that balance right.
It sits just behind Trade Fair, about 15 minutes from the airport. The school run, the weekend mall trip and the Friday evening out are all a short drive away, and you still come home to a quiet street.
Prefer to move in sooner? Sankatsoe Court also offers 4-, 5- and 6-year payment plans. You take possession at month 36 and continue paying through whichever term you choose.

Every type is available on every floor, and every unit is designed to let in plenty of natural light, with quality finishes you’ll enjoy living with.

Studios: Accra on your own terms
If you want your own space in a great part of the city, the studio is for you. It’s compact but carefully planned, so nothing feels wasted. Some owners will live in theirs. Others will rent it out and let it earn. Either works. There are three layouts to choose from, each with a slightly different floor area.
One-bedrooms: room to host, room to work
A one-bed gives you something a studio can’t: a door to close. Your bedroom stays your bedroom, and the living room is free for friends, a work call or a slow Sunday. There are four layouts, which differ in size and kitchen setup, so you can pick the one that fits how you cook and live.
Two-bedrooms: space to put down roots
When family comes to stay, or when your own family starts to grow, the two-bedroom gives everyone room to breathe. It’s the largest apartment at Sankatsoe Court, and the one most likely to become the family home.
Sea view or Burma Camp view?
The building has two sides. One faces the sea, the other faces Burma Camp, and different layouts sit on each side. If waking up to the ocean matters to you (and why wouldn’t it?), tell the sales team early.
Life at Sankatsoe Court

The best part of the building might be the top of it. Picture finishing work, heading up to the roof, and taking a swim with the city on one side and the ocean on the other. At Sankatsoe, that’s an ordinary Tuesday.
The rooftop also has a bar and clubhouse, where you’ll get to know your neighbours, and a gym, so there’s no excuse for skipping a workout. Sankatsoe was designed around belonging, not just architecture, and these shared spaces are where that happens.
Inside your apartment, you’ll find smart home features and high-quality contemporary finishes throughout. And 24-hour security means you can sleep easy, whether you’re home or away.
How to pay: start from about GHS 40,000
Buying a home doesn’t mean finding the whole amount at once. At Sankatsoe Court, you reserve your apartment with 5% of the price. On the entry-level studio, that’s about GHS 40,000.
After that, you have up to 36 months to pay the balance, and you choose the rhythm: monthly, quarterly or every six months. On a monthly salary, monthly payments might suit you best. If your income comes in bigger, less frequent amounts, quarterly or twice-yearly payments could be easier.
One thing to keep in mind: these are off-plan prices, and they may change once construction begins. If you’ve been thinking about it, now is a good time to start the conversation.
Getting started
- Reach out. Call or WhatsApp 0501429981 or 0501602410, or email sales@signumdevelopment.com.
- Choose your home. Pick your apartment type, layout and view.
- Reserve it. Pay the 5% reservation fee.
- Set your schedule. Choose monthly, quarterly or twice-yearly payments over up to 36 months.
Buying from abroad?
You don’t need to be in Accra to get started. A WhatsApp message is enough to begin, and a flexible payment schedule works just as well from London as it does from Labone. We even offer virtual viewings that can be done over video calls if you can’t make it physically. We’d still suggest having a Ghana-based lawyer look over your documents before you sign.
Who’s building it: Signum Development
Signum Development has been building homes in Ghana since 2000. The name comes from signum, meaning a mark or a signature, and that’s the whole idea: homes that carry your signature and reflect who you are.
Their promise is simple. Beautiful, contemporary design at prices that make sense, without cutting corners on quality. Sankatsoe Court is that promise, brought to Tse Addo.
